This shows that in the years since the present method of accounting has been in place, F.A.C.E. has collected over Three Quarters of a Million Pounds with well over 98% dispersed or commited to projects assisting Cancer patients |
| In order to satisfy the audit requirements of the Charities Act, the decision was made in 1995 to place the monies in a special fund set up within the Lothian University Hospitals NHS Trust Endowment Fund. This allowed the monies to be correctly audited, but the expending of the monies is under sole control of the Trustees of F.A.C.E. A historical review of F.A.C.E.'s finances is as follows;
