Tax Requirement
The donor must pay an amount of income tax or capital gains tax equal to the
tax we reclaim on your donations(currently 28p for every £1 you donate). Remember
to notify us if you no longer pay the the appropriate amount of income tax or
capital gains tax.
If you pay tax at a higher than the basic rate, then the amount on which you pay only the basic rate may be increased by the amount of the donations made under the Gift Aid Scheme provided that you inform the Inland Revenue that you have donated these amounts
Notes
You can cancel the declaration at any time by notifying this office in writing.
The declaration then will not apply to donations made on or after the date of
cancellation or such later date as you specify
Please notify this office if you change your name or address while the declaration is still in force
