Amongst the
many things which Friends of F.A.C.E.
have undertaken are two different sponsored activities.
To
the left, Running, in this case the Great North Run,but we have
also benefitted from the London Marathon and the Dublin City as
well as activities o the Highland Way,and also, a crazy Parachute
Jump.
Other
more sedentary activities have ranged from the organisation of Grand
Summer Ball in Musselburgh, a highly sucessful Dance in the "Gala
Palais", various Quiz nights in a variety of locations, to
a Fashion Show held in South Queensferry and a Race night in Cardenden.
The Musselburgh
Friends of F.A.C.E. regularly arrange coffee mornings and also have
an annual Cabaret Night which is highly successful. Also from Musselburgh,
we are indebted to the staff and customers of Top Tension for their
'pattern sales'
Another
group of supporters are the Clarinet Choir organised by the late
Douglas Arniel which has for the last few years presented a concert
in the Carnegie Hall in Dunfermline. They also play for us regularly
at our Christmas Fayre and perform at the Fife Historic Vehicles
Annual Rally
