The finacing for F.A.C.E.'s activities comes from donations and fundraising activities. There are no paid employees or salaried fundraisers and well over 90% of the monies raised are used to develop support for patients, their families or carers.

The residue is used to finance the supply of merchandise which is sold for a profit for the charity, to provide a telephone and web site contact point, or to obtain correspondence material or advertising etc.
